7. Content License and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from Your Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Platform Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on the Platform (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to AskYourClass. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our prior written consent.

8. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or refuse any content, and to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Some of Your Content may remain on the Platform (e.g., anonymized or cached versions) even after your account is deleted.
