When we started at university, we noticed that when choosing courses for the next semester, we had no real insights on how the course looked like, how to prepare for the exam and how much commmitment we had to put in to pass the course.
The only option we had was to ask friends and friends of friends and hope that they had taken the course and can give us some insights.
This is how the idea of askyourclass.io was born.
